Website terms of use
Version 2.0 · 9 July 2026
1. Who runs this site
This website is operated by Stage1Energy Ltd, registered in Wales, company no. 17222440. By using the site you accept these terms. Assessments themselves are supplied under the separate terms of engagement.
2. What the site content is
Content on this site - including all figures, charts, and the published example report - is provided for general information about our service. It is illustrative worked-example material drawn from a worked example. It is not advice about any building, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance; a contract forms only as described in the terms of engagement.
3. The example report
The example feasibility dossier available on this site is published so you can judge the depth of the deliverable before buying. Its figures relate to one worked example and must not be applied to any other site. It is a published sample for service evaluation only — not for procurement or construction. Do not rely on it for any investment decision.
4. Intellectual property
The site, the example report, and the methods they describe are the property of Stage1Energy Ltd or its licensors. You may view, download, and print pages for your own evaluation of our service. You may not republish, resell, or scrape the content, or use it to build a competing service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, probe or test its security, or submit forms with false identity information.
6. Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, website content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability in respect of purchased assessments is dealt with in the terms of engagement.
7. Links
Links to third-party sites (for example data-source documentation) are provided for reference. We are not responsible for their content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and the site content at any time. The version date above tells you when these terms last changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
